Shanghai Half Marathon

Ran in the Shanghai half marathon on Sunday 26th. Finished in 1hr51mins, which I was pleased with. My legs are still aching a bit and my knees are a bit sore, but I'm pleased to have done it. Am thinking of how to improve the time for next year.....
